GSM Peregian Golf Pty Ltd has entered into a new lease arrangement with Peregian Springs Golf Holdings P/L, effective July 14th, 2021.
The new lease conditions allow a number of significant improvements to be made on the course
layout, in accordance to the guidelines contained in a detailed report provided by highly acclaimed
golf course architects Pacific Coast Design.
The first of these improvements will be the construction of new tees on holes 5 and 9 with works
commencing as soon as possible.
Company Director Ian Denny said “Entering into a new arrangement with options for up to 5 years
allows GSM the flexibility to implement improvements to the course which is very pleasing and is a
great result for the business, pass Holders, the local community and the owners.”
The necessary changes will allow the course operation to continue at the sustainable level which
GSM are proud to have achieved in the first 5 year lease term.
